However, customers may not opt out of receiving information from Dolomite which is essential for maintaining or updating customers' accounts or system information.
Most customers may access and modify their personal information via the Account Management Panel. All other customers may access and modify their personal information by contacting the appropriate Dolomite Account organization.
Domain name customers who have registered a domain name with Dolomite and wish to change the Technical Contact from Dolomite to another company, may send a request in writting to our fax number at 1-888-643-2044. You may also change your Domain details by going to our Domain Name Management site located at Dolomite Domains. It is important to note that although Dolomite takes steps to limit personal information on domain name records, customer domain name registration information is made publicly available in the registration of domain names. To reduce this infomation, we recommend customers choose the private registration option when purchasing domains.
Data Information Security
Dolomite takes every extent possible to secure the information maintained in its database. To protect that information, Dolomite has procedures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of information that has collected. However, due to the nature of communications on the internet, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure.
